Villa Klio is a two-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool in Sfinari — an ideal base for a family holiday in Chania, Crete.

The villa is arranged over two levels. The kitchen, dining area and living room are on the lower floor. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, and a second bedroom with two single beds served by a bathroom on the same landing. A separate WC is available downstairs. All rooms are air-conditioned. The villa sleeps 4 guests.

The sea view opens up from the upper-floor balcony and from the 38 sqm private pool. Sunbeds and a table are set out in the pool area. A private road leads directly to the villa, with no need to pass other houses or villas.

Location: Sfinari is a small, quiet village in western Crete. The villa is a 15–20 minute drive from Falasarna beach and within easy reach of the Chania region's best-loved spots, including Balos lagoon and Elafonisi beach.
