Ravdoucha
The beach Ravdoucha is located about 21km west of Chania, very close to Ravdoucha village on the west coasts of Cape Rodopos.
The landscape of the area is magnificent, with high mountains, wild rocks and dense olive groves.
The area has several small bays with pebbles and beautiful rock formations. The sea is often affected by the west winds and is ideal for snorkeling.
Also in Ravdoucha there are a few, but famous fish taverns and some basic touristic facilities.
There are no umbrellas, but you can find shade under the trees on the beach.
Access to Ravdoucha is possible by car, via a paved road in good condition from Chania - Kisamos highway.
The village is built on the slopes of green mountain and has amazing views to the beach.
On the way to the beach you'll meet the cavernous chapel of St Onoufrios, that is worth taking photos from.
